Fast Construction Speed & Low Cost

The panel dimension is 2ft * 8ft it has created male & female slotting. Easy to cut as per required size and the installation process just joints to each other’s accordingly. More than five times the construction speed than the conventional construction process.

Heat Proof & Thermal Insulations

The high temperature Under 1000°C the fireproof feature can last four (04) hrs. During the Eco Panels Eliminate no-toxic, no Harmful Gas, no Collapse, and Non-Combustible Performance. Ready For Painting

Smart Eco Panels Installation Steps

  • Properly Clean of the Working Surface

  • Confirm the Wall Layout.

  • Chipping the surface of the structure and each side of the wall panel before apply adhesive.

  • Maintain the Cement & Adhesive ratio mortar and apply it to the structure and panels on both sides.

  • Insert the wood wedge on the ground of the panels to confirm the alignment horizontally and vertically.

  • Drill a 3cm hole at the bottom of the structure, nail the wall panel with structure by L shape rebar.

  • Measure the dimension of remaining space and cut the wall panel accordingly.

  • Place the small wall panel and fix it with structures like point four.

  • Draw and groove the wall to finish the electrical wire, water pipes and sanitary works, fill the grooves with cement mortar.

  • Decorate the wall with skim coat, painting, wallpaper or tiles.
